The main difference is the aesthetic design and lighting effects that come with the GZ2 Cyber.
The GZ2 Cyber has a TRON-style RGB display that indicates battery level that also adds to a 'Cyberfunk' design.

Both devices share the same core functionality - including compatibility with G and G2 coils!
